Occasionally someone copies our physical address from a FedEx or UPS sticker and uses it for mail. Please don't do that. Since we live in the countryside, 20 miles south of Greenville, our mail goes to a small town post office nearby. They have some of the nicest people in the world working there and they are very efficient. Unfortunately, it takes an extra three or four days for the US Mail service to get it to them. They give our mail to our delivery lady the day after they get it. She gets it to us the same day she gets it.
FedEx, UPS, etc.:
Ask. We sometimes use our home address and sometimes use Cliff's office address, whichever is going to be faster.

(864) 243-2804 The phone is frequently busy or we are taking care of cats and cannot answer. We are sometimes out buying cat food. At times like that, the answering machine will take your call. If you leave a message telling us the nature of your call as well as how and when to reach you, we will call you back as soon as possible. Since the phone seems to ring all night if we will answer it, we take it off the hook when we go to bed. Please don't be offended, this is a survival technique.
